How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Delete from the app
You can delete your account directly from the Helia app by following these steps:
- Log in to your Helia account
- Go to the "Account" section in the main menu
- Click the 3-dot menu button (⋮) in the bottom corner
- Select "Delete account" and confirm your decision
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and will delete all your information immediately.
Method 2: Request deletion via email
If you prefer, you can also request your account deletion by sending us an email:
Send us an email with your registered phone number and we'll help you with the process:

We will process your request and completely delete your account and all your data within a maximum of 15 days.
What data will be deleted?
When you delete your account, the following will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (phone number, profile)
- All your plant profiles
- All photos you have uploaded
- All conversation history with your plants
- All reminders and tasks created
